Once you submit your application, a User ID and password will
automatically be generated and displayed on the screen. You'll receive
a follow up email within about 48-72 hours with the same information.
Once you've applied, you can opt to start with either Computer
Applications or the Academic Skills
Seminar in your first semester.
You'll take one of these classes in conjunction with the Online Seminar, a one-credit, two
week course designed as an orientation to online learning in
general, as well as the Blackboard 5 software that Pace uses to
deliver its Web-based courses.
If you have
a particularly strong background in math, you may want to
consider taking the Math Skills
Readiness Assessment. By scoring 85% or higher,
you can bypass the Academic Skills Seminar and jump right into Technical Math.
