Drop A Course

This form can be used to Drop from a course. When finished, please click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of this page to send your updated information.

When a student is separated from the University for disciplinary or academic reasons prior to the end of a semester or officially withdraws from any course or courses, cancellation of tuition will be made as indicated below. Please Note: Application, general institution, special course fees, and installment fees are not refundable. Cancellation will be made according to the following schedule:
For 12 Week Semesters:
Time of Withdrawal % Cancellation
Prior to and During: Week 1 of term 100%
During: Week 2 of term 70%
During: Week 3 of term 20%
After: Week 3 of term 0%
