• Complete the Application for Resumption of Studies form and Application for Change of Major form in the Student information center.
  
• Fax the completed and signed Application for Resumption of Studies Form and the Application for Change or Declaration of Program Form to Lisa Slingerland. The fax number is: 914-422-4530 [Alternate Fax: (914) 989-8635]
  
• Once we receive your forms, we will check them to be sure that you are in good academic and financial standing. This should take no more than two working days.
  
• You will be sent an e-mail notifying you which courses will be offered for the upcoming semester.
  
• Once you receive your advisement e-mail return to this Web site: http://csis.pace.edu/bsintelecom.
  
• Click on the tab at the top labeled Register.
  
• Enter your username and password.
  
• Register yourself for classes.
  
• Lisa Slingerland will then invoice you so that you can get a letter of credit or pay for the courses by check or by credit card.
