Following
are the steps you need to complete in order to register for
classes. These should all be completed before the close of registration
as noted below. The dates provided in the "Date Completed By"
column are recommended dates. If you cannot meet them for some
reason, please contact us.
To help you stay on track, we suggest you print out or save
a copy of this Worksheet and keep it handy.

Application
Your User ID and Password will be displayed on screen immediately
after submitting your application along with instructions for accessing
and completing Assessments. The same information will be sent again via follow up email
within 48-72 hours after that.

Assessments
There are two Assessments you need to take. In all,
they should take no more than 1 to 1 1/2 hours to
complete. Please note, you can access each Assessment
only once so be sure you are ready to take the Assessment
before accessing it.

Advisement
Once you've submitted your Application and taken your
Assessments, it will generally take your advisor 3-5
days (depending on holidays and breaks) to review
them and get back to you with guidance on which courses
to register for in this semester.

for Courses
When you have received Advisement, you may register
immediately. You must register no later than the date
shown to the right.

Books
As soon as you've registered, visit our Bookstore
to order your books. Order them no later than the
date shown to the right.

Arrange for Payment
Pace University must receive payment before classes
begin. Depending on the policies of your company,
you may be required to pay up front and get reimbursed,
or your company may pay us directly, or by voucher
or letter of credit. Complete the Tuition
Request Form to receive tuition costs and contact
information to learn more about the Tuition Assistance
policies of your company. Your payment or company payment must be received no later than the date shown to the right.

You may apply for the program any time, but please keep the
guidelines above in mind if you are trying to apply for a particular
semester. Once Registration closes, we may not be able to enroll
you in that semester.
If you are paying directly by check and getting reimbursed by your company, please make checks payable
to Pace University:

Please note in the memo section
of the check the semester for which you are paying and "NACTEL." To ensure
that payment is received, it is recommended that
you consider sending checks by registered mail or
via a carrier that offers tracking like Federal
Express or UPS.
You can also pay by credit card. Simply send a fax to:

Payment must be for the full amount. Indicate that the payment is for the NACTEL Program, and include your name as it appears on your credit card,
your Social Security Number, the semester for which the payment is, the amount of the payment, the credit card
number, the expiration date, and the card holder's signature.
