 Proctoring
The
Proctoring System that Pace University has
developed will incorporate designated proctors,
selected by you and approved by Pace, to
supervise and administer various examinations
throughout your courses. Typically one or two
examinations per course will require a proctor.
Proctors enable us
to verify that the person who completes an
assessment (you) has followed all necessary
examination guidelines and is actually the
individual receiving credit for the course.
FOR STUDENTS
Our Proctor
Application System makes the
process of selecting a proctor easy. By accessing this Web-based
interface, you can:
- add one or more proctors
- search for an existing proctor
- designate a primary proctor
- invalidate a proctor
FOR PROCTORS
As a proctor, you will access a separate site, the Proctor
Information Center, to:
- verify or edit your existing profile
- change your password
- view scheduled exams for the student(s) you work with
- access the necessary exam passwords for each exam
