Dr. Feather currently team-teaches Business and Technical Communications for the Pace University/NACTEL program.  In addition to this, she teaches Cases in End-User Computing via videoconference, Designing and Managing Organizational Training and team-teaches Technical Writing for the Computer and Communications Technologies online.

Additional Information

Dr. Feather’s research interests include the study of adult learning theory applied to the acquisition of computer skills and its impact on self-efficacy and the impact of technology on collaborative learning, both in a traditional environment and in distance learning mode. She has published and presented papers at national and international conferences in these areas.
