Pace University has developed a fully functional Proctoring Program that has been incorporated into the Pace University/NACTEL program. As Online Testing Coordinator, Ms. Vogel has spent the past year developing and integrating this successful Proctoring Program as a low-tech, low-cost solution to the Online Testing problem that most universities face.

Additional Information

Ms. Vogel attended Pace University as an undergraduate and received her B.S. in Elementary Education with a concentration in Science.  Upon graduation from Pace, she instructed grades five through eight for four years. During that time, she was working on her M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction: Computers in Education at the Pace Graduate Center. She spent several summers working in the Pace Computer Learning Center, creating Web pages for online courses that were in development. In September of 1999, she began working full-time for Pace as their Online Testing Coordinator for the NACTEL program.

Ms. Vogel is also an adjunct professor in the Computer Science Department. In addition to this, she occasionally teaches Internet workshops for teachers through the Pace Computer Learning Center.
