minimum recommended technical requirements are as follows:

Microsoft Office XP Professional version or higher (2003 is currently the only version available
through the bookstore
if needed)

Access to a printer and fax machine

Your
own Internet Service Provider

Ability
to check email at least once each day
Please
note, our instructions are written for PCs, and not for
Macs. A seasoned Mac user could most likely translate
PC instructions for Mac, but in general we advise against
using a Mac to take these courses.
